Registration and Fees
For Foreign Participants
The entry fee is 400 SEK per day and per participant. An active FIS code is required to be eligible to compete.
The entry fee must be paid at the race office upon arrival. Timing transponders will be provided together with the bibs and must be returned after the race. Please note that an additional fee of 1000 SEK will be charged for any unreturned bibs or transponders.
Deadline for Entries: January 14th, 2025.
Foreign participants should send their entries to raceadmin@medelpadsskidan.se.
Late Entries
Late entries 600 SEK/day and participant. Late entries must be presented for each race before the digital Team Captains meeting.
Cancelled Competition
No refunds will be given if the competition is canceled.
Fchip
Race Office
Located at Bergeforsen Ski Stadium.
Opening Hours:
- Thursday: 13:00–17:00
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: From 7:00 until the competition ends.
Start Area
Competitors must follow the signage and officials’ instructions to reach the start area. Only competitors and one leader per club are allowed in the start area.
Parking
Follow signage and officials’ instructions for designated parking areas.
Bibs
Collected by club at the race office and acknowledged with name, mobile number and email address. For unreturned bibs or loan chips, the club is charged SEK 1000 each.
ATTENTION! Receipt of paid entry fee must be presented. Bring bg/pg extract/receipt which can be
shown when collecting number plates. No number slips are handed out before payment of the
registration fee is at the organizer’s disposal.
Timing Chips
In junior and senior categories, competitors from Norway and Sweden must use their personal timing chips.
Chips can be rented for juniors and seniors for 150 SEK/competition day.
Wax Cabins
Bookings can be made through vallabod@medelpadsskidan.se, Include the club name, contact person, and the type of space required. See Vallabodar for more information.
Cover Clothes
Cover clothes can be left in a designated area at the start.
Flower Ceremony
The flower ceremony takes place immediately after the finish for all categories.
Prize Ceremony
Prize ceremonies are held daily at the ski stadium after each category finishes.
Changing Rooms and Showers
Changing rooms and showers are available in the building nearest to the parking lot. Entry is on the short right-hand side of the building.
Food and Beverages
Snacks and meals will be available for purchase.
Tävlingsregler
The Swedish Ski Federation’s competition rules apply. For FIS competitions, ICR rules with Swedish Ski Federation additions apply.
Participants, officials, and spectators attend the competitions at their own risk. The organizers accept no liability for injuries or damages during or in connection with the events.
